📋 Description

• Develop and enhance core features of our enterprise performance management platform, with a focus on platform-level services. • Collaborate with and learn from Senior and Staff engineers to build scalable, robust systems. • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Authentication and Authorization systems. • Build and improve notification services to keep our users informed. • Participate in designing and evolving our Event-Driven Architecture. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. • Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions, viewing these as opportunities for continuous learning. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development, sharing your knowledge with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 2-5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience • Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go) and frontend technologies • Strong interest in solving platform-level concerns like Authentication, Authorization, Notifications, and Event-Driven Architecture • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and effectively utilize mentorship from senior team members. • Solid understanding of RESTful API design • Experience with databases (relational or NoSQL) and containerization tools like Docker • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
