📋 Description

• Coach, mentor, and develop Technical Consultants through regular 1:1 meetings and individualized development plans • Conduct quarterly performance and bonus reviews for direct reports • Provide performance feedback and partner on promotions, compensation recommendations, performance improvement plans, and employee development activities • Reinforce Beyond20 technical standards and development practices, including update set hygiene, story hygiene, documentation, testing, communication protocols, time entry, and development best practices • Spot-check technical work and address recurring technical challenges with Technical Architects and Delivery Leadership • Monitor team utilization, staffing risks, workload concerns, performance issues, and employee development needs • Review and approve non-billable time and ensure internal initiatives create business value • Support recruiting and onboarding through resume reviews, interviews, hiring recommendations, and onboarding • Provide technical guidance on complex technical or customer challenges • Participate in project leadership discussions and customer meetings when support or coaching is beneficial • Continue customer delivery as a billable Technical Consultant or Technical Architect • Maintain an annual utilization target of approximately 75% • Collaborate with the TCO Director, Delivery Leadership, Technical Architects, and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Current Beyond20 Technical Consultant or Technical Architect in good standing • Demonstrated technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop others • Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills • Ability to balance customer delivery with people leadership responsibilities • Consistent demonstration of Beyond20's values, professionalism, accountability, and commitment to quality • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams preferred • Experience interviewing, hiring, and onboarding technical talent preferred • Experience providing performance feedback and supporting employee development preferred • Multiple ServiceNow certifications with a demonstrated commitment to continued professional development preferred • Approximately 75% annual utilization target
