📋 Description

• Lead the team driving the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products. • Build, grow, and lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and scalable, secure services. • Help customers discover, assess, and remediate non-human identities across cloud and on-premise environments. • Partner across product, design, and platform teams to solve complex identity and security challenges at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products. • A strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs. • Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar. • Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment. • Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers. • Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity. • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.
