📋 Description

• Plan, design, and develop IAM processes, both manual and automated • Identify and troubleshoot access issues related to identity problems or integrations • Maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for identity systems • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design provisioning-process components • Prepare project-status reports for management and leadership • Follow industry best practices for identity technologies • Integrate identities with all cloud providers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or relevant technical experience in Information Systems • 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management • Experience managing Cloud Identities • Experience supporting Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Travel during the first 6 months to attend the BHG Oars in Experience • Approximately 5% annual travel after the initial 6 months for team off-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration • Must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
