📋 Description

• Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function • Support business initiatives through data analysis • Identify implementation barriers • Conduct user acceptance testing of new systems • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects • Recommend potential business solutions • Assist with implementation • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience • For Compliance Coding/Prepay Compliance: 0–2 years of business process analysis or claims payment/analysis experience • For Provider Data: 0–2 years of business process analysis experience in healthcare industry and/or a data-driven environment • For Member & Provider Solutions: 0–2 years of business process analysis experience in healthcare industry and/or customer service or enrollment functions • Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred for Provider Data • Knowledge of data integration, software enhancements/planning, and Agile preferred for Member & Provider Solutions • Project management experience preferred • Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology preferred for Member & Provider Solutions • Must comply with all policies and standards
