📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Humana’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Ensure assets, systems, and configurations are accurately recorded, tracked, and updated throughout their lifecycle • Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes and procedures • Perform audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies, unauthorized changes, and compliance gaps • Coordinate remediation efforts for configuration issues • Provide configuration data for incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and impact assessments • Document configuration management procedures, policies, standards, and control narratives • Collaborate with project and operations teams to support business needs and project delivery • Generate and distribute configuration management reports, dashboards, and metrics • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration discrepancies with technical teams • Develop and deliver configuration management training and awareness initiatives • Maintain relationships between IT assets, configurations, and dependencies • Recommend enhancements to configuration management tools, processes, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in IT configuration management • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms • CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) preferred • Prior exposure to third-party risk management or cybersecurity programs in a healthcare or highly regulated environment preferred • Must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship • Must provide a dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
