📋 Description

• Develop strategic communication plans for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT logistics capabilities aligned with Department of Navy, Department of Army, and DoD transformation objectives • Review, update, and maintain the current communication plan • Review, prepare, coordinate, and dispatch agreements, letters, memoranda, emails, reports, and other documents • Assist with special projects and provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, conferences, and symposiums • Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual, including document control • Perform SharePoint Online tasks, including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and people, and setting permissions • Develop and maintain task-tracking systems • Utilize and maintain databases and information systems; review and reconcile data • Generate reports from informational databases using standard parameters or special queries • Provide project startup and closeout data entry • Review technical analysis and research for Total Cost of Ownership models for IT products and services • Perform technical research, development, analysis, and CONOPS requirements gathering and validation • Describe proposed solutions in terms of end-user needs, relationships to existing and external systems or procedures, and intended use • Perform additional functions as directed by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• United States Citizenship • Bachelor’s degree • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance • Strategic communications experience within a large, cross functional, organization • Ability to research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide evaluations in briefs, white-papers, or other presentations • Expert in Microsoft Office Products • Ability to quickly adapt focus, adjust schedule, and problem solve to meet evolving work demands and stakeholder needs • Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check, and other relevant background information • Preferred: Experience working with the Department of Defense • Preferred: Project management experience • Preferred: Master’s Degree in the field of business • Preferred: Familiarity with Cybersecurity authorizations and principles • Preferred: Secret clearance • Preferred: Experience facilitating strategic planning meetings, developing strategic plans, goals, and objectives, and preparing acquisition briefs to leadership • Flexibility related to work hours as project demands arise • Ability to remain in a stationary computer position for extended periods • Ability to use hands and fingers to type • Ability to reach with hands and arms for using a computer • Ability to work core hours of 0700–1700 EST, Monday through Friday
