📋 Description

• Research and identify potential clients according to the predefined customer profile; • Conduct active prospecting with Big Hub's potential clients, making the initial contact, identifying the company's needs, and scheduling meetings for the salesperson; • Maintain contact to qualify leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, etc.; • Follow the contact cadence process for leads and record all activities in the CRM for tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in prospecting or customer service; • Excellent verbal and written communication; • Experience handling a high volume of daily activities; • Goal-oriented with a focus on consistent results. • Have a home environment and infrastructure that support remote work; • Although the position is remote, full-time availability is required. • Not required but considered a plus: • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT); • Previous experience with CRM systems.
