📋 Description

• Conduzir *calls* de proposta (30 a 60 minutos): apresentar a solução elaborada, tratar objeções e fechar o contrato • Conduzir *calls* de diagnóstico (30 a 60 minutos) com tomadores de decisão: mapear operação, identificar dores, estruturar a solução e construir a proposta ao vivo durante a própria *call* com o framework CLOSER • Fechar contratos de R$8k a R$200k com ciclo médio de 1 a 2 *calls* por oportunidade • Gerir pipeline de até 40 *calls* por semana com *forecast* claro e atualizado no CRM • Colaborar com os SDRs no feedback sobre qualidade dos *leads* e critérios de qualificação • Registrar objeções, padrões de fechamento e inteligência de mercado para refinar o *playbook* comercial • Atuar no *handoff* para o time de CS após fechamento, garantindo que a entrega começa com o contexto certo

🎯 Requirements

• Histórico comprovado em vendas consultivas B2B de alto valor — experiência com high ticket é mandatório • Experiência em condução de calls com C-level, sócios e diretores • Domínio de pelo menos uma metodologia de vendas consultiva como SPIN Selling, BANT, Sandler ou CLOSER • Capacidade de construir e apresentar a proposta durante a call, sem depender de aprovação posterior • Gestão disciplinada de pipeline e forecast no CRM — previsibilidade é parte do papel • Comunicação forte: escuta ativa, controle da conversa e fechamento direto sem pressão desnecessária
