📋 Description

• Support the reliability, scalability, and observability of systems • Assist in designing and maintaining monitoring solutions • Work with development and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and uptime • Assist in developing and maintaining observability strategies for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent instrumentation across services • Support adoption of observability best practices and tools • Monitor production systems and diagnose performance bottlenecks • Participate in production support, incident response, and PagerDuty on-call rotation • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Contribute to automation and tooling to reduce manual operational work • Support post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives • Report to the DevOps Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Go, Python, or Bash • Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry • Hands-on experience with AWS and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks • Strong Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States
