📋 Description

• Lead a global Pricing & Proposals team supporting Clario's Digital Physiology business unit • Oversee pricing, proposals, Statements of Service (SOS), and change order development • Lead development of pricing documents, proposals, change orders, SOS, and other client-required documents within SLAs, deadlines, and company policies • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead process optimization and system enhancement initiatives • Support design, implementation, and adoption of new technologies and departmental tools, including bidding and pricing platforms • Drive compliance with departmental systems, tools, processes, and best practices • Develop, enhance, and maintain KPI reporting tools and provide regular reporting on departmental metrics • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Define career paths and development opportunities for team members • Develop training and professional development programs • Communicate performance expectations and objectives • Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • MBA preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an MBA • 10+ years of experience in pricing and proposals, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or CRO industry • 7+ years of people leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated change management and process improvement capabilities
