• Support and lead the development and execution of COA strategies and tactical plans across Oncology and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas globally, in US and EUR/International regions. • Collaborate with Global Molecule Teams, brands, Global Value & HEOR, Global Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional groups. • Build awareness among functional and senior leadership about the potential role of COAs in product and commercial development, indication identification, and related activities. • Build trust and communication with internal collaborators including Patient Advocacy, Procurement, Finance, Biostats, Clinical, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Commercial, Market Access, and Legal. • Identify COA measurement approaches and advise COA endpoint strategies. • Define scopes of work and manage vendor and KOL relationships for COA projects. • Support and lead RFP/RFQ development and procurement of COA services. • Attend project team meetings to track timelines and deliverables. • Perform project administrative functions, including financial communications regarding invoicing, payments, and accruals. • Establish and maintain study-document storage. • Serve as PV Project Lead/Adverse Event Monitor. • Coordinate and secure internal Jazz approvals for study materials ready for ethics submission. • Secure FMV approval for HCP or patient engagement. • Support forecasts and manage PCO project budget needs. • Track and manage PCO proposals, projects, and other activities. • Serve as Pharmacovigilance System Master File Key Stakeholder for AE-generating studies for ex-US Jazz marketed products.
• A minimum of three years’ experience working in PCOs/COAs environments and experience in evidence generation/HEOR/RWE/Medical Affairs/Market Access in a pharmaceutical company and/or consultancy is preferred. • Experience in Oncology is essential. • Experience in Neuroscience is desired. • Experience in leading strategically, communicating with impact, and creating a strong, inclusive, energizing culture is required. • Excellent organizational skills. • Team-worker, good cross-functional collaboration. • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SAP. • Proven proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.). • Effective written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and facilitation skills are a necessity. • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, work effectively with little or no direction, and build collaborative relationships with management, partners, and peers. • Must be able to work in a highly energetic, flexible, and fast-paced environment. • Willingness to engage in self-development to keep up to date with changes in the COA field. • Bachelor’s Degree is essential. • A Masters/PhD is preferred.
