📋 Description

• Develop and refine AI models for DICOM, video, photo, PDF, and other media redaction, segmentation, interpretation, and processing • Create UAT documentation for testing AI models • Assist with deploying AI models onto company systems • Manage AI engineers, SQA, and imaging technology teams building AI models • Maintain and improve the AI platform • Collaborate with engineering departments to train them on the AI platform • Serve as the Image AI subject matter expert within the company and with clients • Represent Bioclinica at Image AI and related conferences and events • Research opportunities leading to new inventions, efficiencies, and product offerings • Read, understand, and adhere to organizational SOPs • Assist in establishing and enforcing departmental standards • Work with internal staff to resolve issues • Explore opportunities to add value to organizational and departmental processes • Help others achieve results • Perform other duties as assigned • Attend and participate in applicable company-sponsored training

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters or higher) in STEM field • More than 2 years of demonstrable experience in Image AI work • Strong motivational skills and abilities, promoting a team-based approach • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Goal oriented • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude • Ability to read, understand, and adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Ability to work with computers for long periods of time • Expected to adhere to company policies and SOPs
