📋 Description

• Lead a centralized Performance Management, Advanced Analytics and Reporting Hub for the Commercial organization • Lead and develop a high-performing team of business partners and technical experts • Transform analytics and reporting toward a self-service, business-facing model using modern data platforms and AI-enabled tools • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and AI-enabled insight generation • Directly problem-solve, structure analyses, and deliver critical outputs when needed • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, surface insights, and shape decisions • Translate business priorities into an analytics and data ecosystem roadmap • Define and operationalize a single source of truth across global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting • Develop a business-driven analytics product portfolio including datasets, dashboards, and models • Lead AI and advanced analytics strategy, embedding predictive insights into commercial workflows • Own the analytics data layer, including KPI logic, curated datasets, and reporting models • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and validation frameworks • Translate data into actionable insights and business impact for business units and regional leadership • Align with IT/CFIT, Digital, and FP&A to deliver integrated end-to-end reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field • 10–15+ years in data, analytics, or strategy roles • Experience ideally within pharma, healthcare, or complex global organizations • Proven experience leading data and analytics functions, hubs, or COEs • Experience managing people with a track record of excellent people management • Proven experience leading analytics transformation from centralized/reporting-heavy models to scalable, self-service, AI-enabled ecosystems • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and personally drive high-impact analyses and deliverables • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Track record of translating business strategy into analytics/data solutions • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics ecosystems from data through insights to decision-making • Exposure to advanced analytics and AI use cases, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and automation • Ability to structure complex problems and translate ambiguous business needs into actionable solutions • MBA strongly preferred • Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms strongly preferred
