📋 Description

• Manage multiple drug discovery programs concurrently, balancing priorities across programs • Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines and trackers in Smartsheet • Partner with scientific and cross-functional team members to define program goals, deliverables and milestones • Lead regular program team meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing decisions and following up on action items • Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies and potential delays • Work with teams to develop mitigation plans and drive issues to resolution • Provide clear, regular status updates and reports to program teams and stakeholders • Maintain accurate project documentation and keep information current and accessible to the team • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support program timelines • Contribute to improving project management tools, templates and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacology or a related life science, with a scientific background in drug discovery • Hands-on bench or research experience before moving into project management is ideal • 5+ years of project management experience in biotech or pharma drug development or related • 3+ years of experience managing small molecule discovery programs from hit-to-lead through lead optimization and candidate nomination • Experience managing multiple programs at once • Exposure to targeted protein degradation, including molecular glues, degraders, or PROTACs, is a strong plus • Proficiency in Smartsheet • Small molecule experience preferred • Experience coordinating CROs for in vivo studies preferred • Self-directed and hands-on • Available to work remotely during Pacific Time hours • Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available • Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements will not be considered
