📋 Description

• Own assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through closeout • Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking • Drive project progress and accountability across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners • Coordinate project activities with program objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow through to completion • Build and maintain project-level schedules aligned with the broader program master schedule • Monitor project dependencies and identify impacts to adjacent workstreams • Integrate project schedules into the overall program plan • Escalate schedule risks and conflicts and recommend mitigation strategies • Coordinate engineering, design, construction, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders • Manage communication among project teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership • Ensure parties understand scope, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations • Support cross-functional collaboration across the QC Ecosystem and external delivery partners • Track project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and progress • Maintain meeting notes, decision logs, change requests, status reports, and other project documentation • Provide regular project updates and executive-ready reporting to Program Leadership • Contribute to phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments • Identify project-level risks, constraints, and issues early • Drive issue resolution through collaboration and ownership • Develop mitigation plans and corrective actions • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining clear accountability • Support large-scale infrastructure and data center programs across the QC Ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or similar credential a plus • 3–6+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments • Ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams • Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and project execution • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Experience maintaining project documentation and status reporting • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Preferred: data center development, construction, commissioning, or infrastructure experience • Preferred: EPC, engineering consulting, owner's representative, or capital project delivery experience • Preferred: large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, energy, utility, or industrial project experience • Preferred: experience supporting multiple projects within a larger program structure • Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification • Ability to travel up to 20%, including travel to any or all 50 US states • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including frequent stationary work, frequent movement through a home office, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
