📋 Description

• Deliver projects within scope and maintain internal databases for provider meeting information • Monitor and follow up on tasks and project phases • Develop and maintain meeting registration sites • Manage administrative functions for DocuSign and honoraria requests • Coordinate projects and assist with agendas, presentation materials, meeting summaries/notes, and other meeting deliverables • Provide regular oral and written status reports to customers, management, and internal staff • Track contracts, pipeline, and opportunities to support product sales and delivery • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed timely • Compile and maintain databases for meeting data, surveys, customer engagements, and speaker participation • Analyze program performance using gathered data • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, services, and functions • Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to improve program delivery and execution • Communicate data and status reports to internal stakeholders, leadership, and client partner teams • Participate in team meetings and events, including travel to support provider meetings as needed • Collaborate to take customers from contract through program execution • Support projects related to program planning, execution, and wrap-up • Engage with external customers and cross-functional internal teams • Ensure appropriate stakeholder handoffs within the program delivery process • Maintain consistent communications with internal and external stakeholders • Act as onsite staff for fellow project managers and meeting team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience • 4-year Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of related project management experience (healthcare preferred) • Knowledge of Pharma-Biotech Industry preferred • Strong customer focus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple, concurrent programs • Highly organized with attention to detail • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment • Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Pro • Able to travel up to 20% • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous • Must be proactive with initiative • Must be able to multitask and prioritize workloads • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to present and communicate with healthcare professionals at all levels • Proven ability to present to and interact with all levels of the organization, including external customers, physicians, clinical staff, and administrative staff • Advanced user in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with desire to learn other web-based platforms
