📋 Description

• Track past and future advertising in the database • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels • Manage email campaign deployment • Manage internal email lists and segments • Track and analyze email campaign results • Optimize website experience • Manage social media content and content production • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, insights, and improvement recommendations • Develop new lead magnets • Coordinate with vendors • Work with SEO partners • Assist with analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics and initiative performance • Coordinate and review web and email content • Manage vendor paperwork • Coordinate projects with internal departments and external freelancers/agencies • Monitor industry news, online company mentions, and competitor activity • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • High level of attention to detail • Ability to work productively in a remote work environment • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships across the organization • Excellent effective listening and comprehension skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making • Willingness to embrace and learn AI tools • Experience in project management; Asana highly preferred • Experience using email marketing platforms; DotDigital highly preferred • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
