📋 Description

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service • Oversee and manage all program elements, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, and staffing • Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and meet or exceed program deadlines • Craft solutions and recommend attendee experience technology on assigned programs • Provide ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients, team members, and vendor partners • Develop and manage program budgets and meet client budget requirements • Maintain cost savings and avoidance data to maximize program value • Deliver final reconciliations within client timelines • Provide post-program evaluation feedback and thorough trip reports

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to build and/or manage a program budget • Client relationship building and management skills • Strong listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and vendor partners • Ability to assess feedback and needs and recommend solutions • Mastery of deadlines and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment • Amazing attention to detail • Willingness to travel 35% or more for site visits and onsite program execution • Proven expertise in registration and attendee management platforms • Tech-savvy communicator, project manager, and partner
