📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the growth, success and satisfaction of our marketing services customers. • Leverage experience as a Account Manager (AM) and serve as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues, building value, and growing revenue. • Provide strategic guidance, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer retention and revenue growth. • Develop lasting relationships and communications with customers and regularly communicate updates and gather feedback. • Support customers by executing Customer Campaign Follow Up Calls (CCFs) for the entire portfolio in a recurring manner. • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients that lead to engaging conversations and digital marketing recommendations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. • Actively contribute to the success of new hires by assisting with onboarding, peer training, and knowledge sharing as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of account/client management and customer success experience in a client facing role. • Strong track record of achieving retention, upsells, and growth targets that lead to driving additional business. • Digital Marketing Experience strongly preferred but not required. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. • At least 3 year experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
