📋 Description

• Understand key business objectives and product strategy • Work with business owners to ensure engagement and support for product direction • Coordinate with third-party partners on website integrations and deliverables • Maintain and refine the product backlog • Create user stories and acceptance criteria • Communicate customer and stakeholder needs clearly to the engineering team • Clarify stories with the engineering team as needed • Support inter-team dependencies • Partner with the development team to set and communicate release dates and scope • Lead POD scrum meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a product role or requirements intake role • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools • Experience writing user stories or ability and desire to learn quickly • Experience with ecommerce tools and website design is a plus, especially WebSphere Commerce • Strong communication skills • Ability to develop productive working relationships with technical and non-technical partners • Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy • Ability to explain complex concepts • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environment • Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
