📋 Description

• Learn how to coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers. • Gain experience managing multiple schedules across time zones using digital tools. • Understand how to prepare candidates and hiring teams for a great interview experience. • Get trained in Workday ATS to manage candidate pipelines and requisitions. • Learn the process for posting jobs, updating statuses, and keeping records clean and accurate. • Discover how to be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. • Practice clear and timely communication with candidates to guide them through interviews. • Learn to troubleshoot issues, reschedule interviews, and maintain a high-touch experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation. • Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus. • Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities.
