📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, and partnership contracts • Advise clients on risk, priorities, and negotiation approaches • Communicate directly with clients and counterparties to move matters forward • Identify patterns across contracts and negotiations and translate them into better templates, clauses, and playbooks • Provide input on AI-powered workflow design • Help define legal delivery standards, including client communication and matter management processes • Work directly with technology companies on commercial agreements • Collaborate with founders and the technical team to shape tools, workflows, and operating standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years at a leading law firm or in-house • Significant experience with commercial agreements • Experience working with technology companies preferred • Experience negotiating SaaS, data processing, and other commercial agreements preferred • Strong commercial instincts • Ability to give clear, practical advice • Openness to changing how routine legal work gets done
