📋 Description

• Provide legal support and guidance across multiple company functions, including senior management • Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, sponsorship and partnership agreements, marketing, media and affiliate agreements, product and technology agreements, and other commercial agreements • Work closely with business technology and product, social/free-to-play games, marketing, finance, and operations teams • Develop strong working relationships and deliver commercial solutions to complex legal and regulatory issues • Support commercial matters in a fast-paced, ever-changing sports and gaming environment

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a top US law school • Admission and in good standing to one or more US state bars • Minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience with emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • General familiarity with intellectual property concepts • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick deadlines and multiple demands • Law firm experience at a reputable firm and in-house experience in a startup or large organization • Experience in digital online gaming and/or sports betting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including legal drafting skills • Ability to manage a high volume of work independently • Experience drafting and negotiating marketing agreements is a plus
