📋 Description

• Lead and conduct complex, sensitive, and high-impact corporate investigations across the organization • Serve as the Company’s subject matter expert and primary investigative resource for potential violations of law, regulation, Company policy, the Code of Conduct, or ethical standards • Independently manage investigations from intake and investigative planning through interviews, evidence analysis, findings, reporting, escalation, and remediation follow-up • Plan and conduct risk-based compliance audits, reviews, and monitoring activities • Identify trends, control gaps, and systemic issues • Support broader Corporate Compliance initiatives and special projects • Conduct objective interviews of complainants, witnesses, subjects, employees, contractors, and leaders in English and Spanish • Conduct in-person interviews at project sites and other Company locations • Collect, preserve, review, and analyze documentary, electronic, testimonial, and other evidence • Prepare investigative reports, executive summaries, case documentation, and other materials for Compliance, Legal, Human Resources/Employee Relations, senior leadership, and other stakeholders • Partner with Legal and coordinate with outside counsel on sensitive or high-risk matters • Maintain confidentiality and information controls • Maintain a visible Compliance presence at project sites through frequent travel, site visits, training, listening sessions, and direct engagement with employees and leaders • Partner with Employee Relations, Legal, Internal Controls, Safety, Operations, Quanta, and other stakeholders • Influence stakeholders regarding investigation-related policies, practices, and procedures • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and quality review to less experienced professionals and cross-functional contributors • Work as a senior individual contributor without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, criminal justice, compliance, or a related field, or foreign equivalent, required • Must be able to travel 50% • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct complex investigative interviews, communicate sensitive information, and prepare or review business documentation in both languages is required • A law degree is strongly preferred, including a Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school, a Master of Laws (LL.M.), or an equivalent law degree or professional legal qualification earned outside the United States • Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or recognized investigative interviewing credentials preferred • Experience conducting complex corporate investigations involving fraud, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, falsification of records, misuse of Company assets, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence or threats, abuse of authority, serious safety-related misconduct, regulatory violations, and other significant allegations • Ability to collect, preserve, review, and analyze documentary, electronic, testimonial, and other evidence • Ability to assess credibility and conflicting information and develop well-supported factual findings and conclusions • Ability to prepare legally defensible investigative reports and case documentation • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate information controls • Ability to work with Legal and outside counsel on matters involving litigation risk, regulatory exposure, senior leadership, or attorney-client privilege
