📋 Description

• Develop, implement, execute, and continuously improve Blattner’s Quality Program across all projects and operational functions. • Provide strong, visible leadership for quality assurance, quality control, product conformity, and execution reliability. • Establish standards of accountability and business-unit-wide quality expectations across preconstruction and construction operations. • Recruit, develop, coach, and manage the performance of Quality team members. • Lead ongoing development, refinement, and implementation of the Quality Program in alignment with company strategy, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations. • Define systems for tracking and actively managing Quality KPIs. • Intervene proactively on negative trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure consistent Quality Program execution across projects in collaboration with Project Management teams. • Establish root cause analysis processes for nonconformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. • Identify talent gaps and lead workforce development efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or related degree; or equivalent combination of related education and experience required. • 7 or more years of experience in construction and quality management and 3 or more years of previous leadership experience required, within utility-scale natural gas power generation, heavy industrial, or EPC field execution. • Deep knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards (NESC, ASTM, ACI, IEEE, OSHA, etc.). • Demonstrated success building and leading teams in complex construction or EPC environments. • Ability to translate quality philosophy into practical field execution standards. • Strong capability in performance management, coaching, and personnel development. • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, predictive decision-making frameworks. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers without direct authority. • Regular travel required. • Experience within the gas power generation sector.
