• Coach cross-functional team members and develop and execute account plans for assigned key accounts • Provide overall account leadership and manage key accounts as a business for US Hematology Oncology • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Business Managers • Serve as the focal point for commercial communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement • Build strategic account plans and organize and deploy Sanofi resources to co-create customer value and meet or exceed revenue targets • Identify and qualify account opportunities and develop growth strategies, team alignment, and executive relationships • Lead account-team strategy sessions to facilitate customer value co-creation and internal alignment • Foster an inclusive culture and embody Sanofi’s core values • Align regional vision and mission with corporate and business objectives while ensuring compliance and accountability • Lead account managers within the geography to drive sales performance and customer relationships • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Value & Market Access, Patient Support Services, and Operations • Own account planning for next-tier, non-KAM targets and execute account-level strategies • Discuss contracts and pricing agreements with hospitals and healthcare providers with MA support • Develop relationships with key KOLs and C- and D-level customers • Contribute to regional, zone, and national strategies • Build expertise in oncology, multiple myeloma, products, disease states, delivery devices, and the competitive landscape • Plan and execute key account plans and quarterly customer plans • Optimize product access through formularies, order sets, and EHR optimization • Execute the On-body delivery system launch at priority accounts in 2026 and beyond • Analyze regional and territorial business data and provide performance guidance and mentoring • Ensure compliant CRM utilization by the sales team • Manage regional expenses within allocated budgets • Lead or participate in internal meetings and propose solutions • Develop cross-functional meeting content, training workshops, agendas, and post-meeting metrics • Oversee recruitment, hiring, development, and training of the team • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies and regulations
• BS in a life sciences or related field • Minimum of 3 years people and industry leadership experience within hematology/oncology strongly preferred • Strong leadership skills and a record of hiring, developing, and retaining personnel while delivering agreed revenue targets • Seasoned sales executive and proven leader with sophisticated sales management skills and a solid track record of accomplishment • Experience in both major pharmaceutical and biotech companies is a plus • Experience selling an oncologic product and in the “buy and bill” reimbursement area is strongly preferred • Strong collaboration skills and experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills • Ability to articulate Company strategies and their relationship to core values • Strong accountability toward execution, results-oriented work ethic, positive can-do attitude, and ability to attract and retain high-caliber sales personnel • Ability to participate in and lead cross-functional teams and achieve results through cooperation with other commercial functions • Experience coordinating patient and provider support services, including specialty pharmacy, reimbursement services, nursing services, and specialty distributors • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel up to 50% for regional business, including customer visits, field coaching, and weekend conferences • MBA preferred
