📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions for field personnel focused on hands-on work tasks, standard work instructions, safe work environments, quality improvement, and productivity. • Train and mentor Trade Superintendents, Assistant Trade Superintendents, Forepersons, and field employees. • Act as liaison between the corporate office and job sites for learning and development needs. • Facilitate hands-on technical training, including tool usage, equipment operations, and Train the Trainer sessions, at construction sites nationwide. • Coordinate with Talent Development to support corporate safety, electrical safety, and site-specific safety programs. • Ensure training materials are current and training is tracked in the Learning Hub. • Champion Standard Work, including work methods, work instructions, and lessons learned, especially for Safety and Quality. • Observe work crews and verify adherence to standard work and sequence of work across projects. • Consult with Process Improvement to identify required changes. • Assist site management with technical training and leadership development for construction personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education, practical field experience and demonstrable knowledge of company processes and systems. • Eight or more years of progressive related experience including four or more years leading and supervising construction teams, or demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities to teach and develop construction supervisors. • Experience with creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process, or regulatory training; or equivalent combination of training and/or construction experience. • Must have understanding of curriculum design. • Must be able to travel 50% to project sites across the United States. • Renewable Energy construction experience. • Experience with Workday. • Valid, independent work authorization; Blattner cannot sponsor H-1B visas or permanent residency.
