📋 Description
• Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. • Ensure all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner. • Handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education. • Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience. • Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).
