• Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates for certified coding opportunities • Partner closely with Coding Leadership to build talent pipelines • Conduct candidate screenings to assess coding experience, credentials, and organizational fit • Coordinate interviews with Coding Managers and Leadership teams • Manage candidate activity within Workday
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Healthcare recruiting experience in Coding required • Experience recruiting for coding roles strongly preferred • Experience using ATS systems such as Workday • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
