📋 Description

• Champion the Blattner safety culture and Blattner Safety Program. • Serve as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and consultant to project site teams. • Communicate with client HSE professionals on overall Blattner HSE performance. • Assess and coach project leaders toward building a stronger safety culture using data and Blattner examples. • Assess Blattner safety culture and verify HSE Programs are followed, enforced, and consistent on projects. • Identify gaps in work plans regarding safety and ensure necessary changes occur. • Work with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team, and the Quality Department to develop safe work plans and processes. • Partner with site management on technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety. • Communicate and advise site leadership and client HSE professionals on current and potential jobsite exposures.

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field or equivalent education and experience. • Seven (7) years of experience in a construction safety leadership role or operations. • Electrical safety knowledge and renewable energy experience preferred. • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
