📋 Description

• Lead the AMERICAS region team of Supplier Quality Engineers responsible for Aero GT supplier quality • Develop supplier quality for Package, MSD, BOP, and Main Engine equipment • Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and project management to ensure project execution excellence • Manage supplier product qualification, audits, surveillance, quality issue resolution, and root cause investigations • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting customer quality expectations and Supplier Quality KPIs • Develop and implement a global supply-chain strategy for the Aero domain in the Americas • Manage and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers • Drive improvements in cost of poor quality, on-time delivery, first-time-right quality, savings, customer events, escapes, and other KPIs • Mentor, coach, and motivate team members and develop leadership capability • Drive EHS, compliance, quality, and Lean culture • Lead supplier quality development programs with Supply Chain Quality and Strategic Sourcing leaders • Develop sourcing and quality strategies and manage stakeholder relationships • Execute supplier qualifications and surveillance audits • Ensure compliance with supplier approval and product qualification procedures • Harmonize processes and tools across the Aero GT scope • Supervise root cause analysis and preventive actions • Prepare PSR and SR cases for vendor recovery activities • Manage people and project budgets • Develop technical capability, expertise pools, and training programs • Establish and lead the global Aero GT SQE network • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, authorities, and normative entities • Define product qualification requirements for Aeroderivative products • Manage Aeroderivative industrialization strategy within Supplier Quality • Identify and eliminate non-value-adding processes • Disseminate lessons learned and develop supplier read-across programs • Participate in Strategic Sourcing commodity reviews and address quality risks, qualification needs, budget constraints, and expertise gaps • Lead generic supplier development programs to improve manufacturing process performance and supplier quality

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Experience leading Supplier Quality Engineers and supplier quality programs • Knowledge of supplier product qualification, audits, surveillance, quality issue resolution, and root cause investigation • Experience developing and executing sourcing and quality strategies • Experience managing complex relationships across numerous stakeholders and countries • Knowledge of supplier approval and product qualification management system procedures • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and preventative actions • Experience managing budgets for people and projects • Technical capability in the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine domain • Experience with supplier quality, manufacturing process performance, and industrialization • Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, local authorities, and normative entities • Ability to define product qualification requirements for Aeroderivative products • Experience with EHS, compliance, quality, and Lean practices
