• Provide senior leadership and manage the operational and financial aspects of complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects, including portfolio-level coordination. • Serve as a primary liaison with client stakeholders across projects. • Navigate early project development from NOI to warranty, contract negotiations, engineering early work, sequencing, and supply chain strategies. • Enforce Standard Work Instructions and Quality Programs; drive process utilization, safety, and risk management. • Lead portfolio- and program-level planning and sponsor multiple Project Manager teams. • Manage projects from NOI through Warranty and oversee other Project Managers. • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build relationships across projects and programs. • Negotiate complex contracts and exhibits and guide Project Managers on contract strategy and high-risk negotiations. • Oversee requirements management, lifecycle documentation, and strategic and technical deliverables. • Develop long-term, cross-team schedules and review Project Manager schedules. • Set risk strategies, manage escalated risks, establish recovery plans, and lead change-control processes. • Lead assurance reviews and third-party audits. • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, financial forecasting, time-phasing, billing, and change controls. • Set direction for teams, communicate vision, build capability, and provide training, coaching, and mentoring. • Onboard and train PM1s in tools, processes, workflows, and financial forecasting. • Contribute to PM1 performance reviews, development coaching, and structured growth plans. • Drive innovation and contribute to internal initiatives, committees, and cross-functional improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering; or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. • 7 or more years of total project/construction experience. • 5 or more years leadership experience. • Preferred renewable construction experience. • Exceptional leadership and communication (oral, presentation, written). • Deep knowledge of cost accounting, construction regulations, and risk management. • Advanced planning and conceptual skills; able to develop portfolio-level sequencing and schedules. • Knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, compensation modeling, and pay practices. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. • Ability to prioritize, operate independently, and meet deadlines. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Ability to travel. • Experience with Gas Power Generation projects.
