📋 Description

• Support sales, operations, and production teams as assigned by the Region President • Optimize business systems and improve process efficiency • Ensure accurate and timely job costing across the organization • Serve as a subject matter expert on system workflows • Provide training and lead technology and process-improvement initiatives • Review contract scope, dollar values, schedules of values, billing procedures, bids, take-offs, plans, diagrams, drawings, and specifications • Monitor and track RFIs, ASIs, addendums, and project revisions • Prepare, review, and send labor rate offers to subcontractors and extend approved offers in SAP • Coordinate with general-contractor personnel on project needs, schedules, procurement, delivery timelines, and labor needs • Attend weekly job-site meetings virtually or in person • Create, price, submit, organize, and track change orders and follow approval processes • Set up project information, submittal logs, internal SOVs, cut-sheets, diagrams, and installation work orders • Verify SAP community setup and coordinate lot kickoffs • Forecast monthly numbers and update forecasts as needed • Manage internal SOVs and coordinate monthly GC billing with Project Coordinators • Solve customer problems, remain reachable and responsive, and develop customer relationships
