📋 Description

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair X-ray, ultrasound, imaging systems, and computer components • Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network-related issues • Represent the company professionally during on-site customer visits • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams • Expand technical knowledge and contribute to engineering competency • Provide project updates, technical insights, and responses to technical inquiries • Document new processes and train end users • Run tests and diagnostics to verify updates, calibrations, and repairs • Drive and operate vehicles to load, transport, and deliver parts/equipment • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience • GE and/or Siemens brand X-ray field service experience preferred • Siemens Ultrasound field service experience preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills • Flexibility, professionalism, and mature decision-making • High attention to detail and reliable follow-through • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management • Frequent driving (30%+), loading, transporting, and delivering parts/equipment • Must meet driver eligibility requirements • Minimum age 21 under company vehicle policy • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and work in varied environments • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds • Manual dexterity for tools, small components, and electronic parts • Visual acuity and color perception for schematics, calibration, and wiring • Ability to wear required PPE and comply with hospital health and safety requirements • Ability to safely operate vehicles and work around machinery, noise, and hazardous materials
