📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features across the React and TypeScript frontend and C# backend systems • Own features through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement • Design and develop APIs focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability • Write and optimize MySQL queries and contribute to database design and performance improvements • Implement caching strategies and monitor application health using AWS tools • Identify technical challenges, evaluate solutions, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions • Participate in code reviews, testing, and collaborative problem-solving across the engineering team • Partner with Product and Design to translate customer and business needs into high-quality solutions • Contribute to code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement of engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of full stack or backend software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in C# and experience with React and TypeScript • Experience designing and developing APIs and production web applications • Experience with MySQL, including schema design and query optimization • Experience working with AWS or similar cloud environments and application monitoring tools • Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and collaborative development workflows • Ability to independently own and deliver features from development through release • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment • Preferred: Experience with background job processing tools such as Hangfire or similar • Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Preferred: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes • Preferred: Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate • Preferred: Experience using AI development tools to improve engineering workflows • Preferred: Experience in a SaaS or B2B product environment • Candidates must permanently reside in the United States, excluding California and New York • Employees must complete the I-9 verification process upon hire
