📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support to Managed Services contracted clients • Determine, record, troubleshoot, and resolve technology problems and incidents • Serve as the front line in the Help Desk Call Center • Assist end users by phone and remotely from initial contact through troubleshooting, research, and final resolution • Resolve or escalate phone and web-ticket issues according to SLAs • Communicate ticket status and resolutions to customers within established SLAs • Continuously improve technical skills and customer-service soft skills • Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance, with occasional holiday or weekend work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the customer service industry • Experience providing technical assistance over the phone • Ability to multitask across multiple open tickets • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects • Ability to investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot customer issues • Excellent verbal and written skills • Motivation to learn new skills and technology practices • A+ Certification preferred but not required • Enrollment in an IT-related class, certification training, or degree preferred but not required • Ability to sit for extended periods • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard • Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance • Occasional availability to work holidays or weekends
