📋 Description

• Execute all aspects of the primary market research process, including research design, questionnaire/discussion guide development, data collection, analysis and synthesis, and report creation and presentation • Participate in project scoping and planning discussions • Support development of market research proposals • Employ quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and tools to address client business objectives • Recommend best practices in data collection and data quality optimization • Manage timelines and budgets • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery • Collaborate on key insights and recommendation development • Build and grow client relationships • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout market research projects • Demonstrate appropriate decorum with clients, including in challenging situations • Present complex ideas clearly • Facilitate client meetings and readouts with the project lead • Understand broader project, client, and account significance • Help grow and build the Blue Matter Insights team and company

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of quantitative and/or qualitative market research experience within the biopharma industry • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MBA, or MS) preferred • US-based position; currently eligible to work in the U.S. is required • Must answer whether future U.S. visa sponsorship will be required
