📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously in the patient's best interest without corporate administrative interference • Join teams composed of therapists and a prescriber through the onboarding matching process • Meet with collaborating therapists at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Perform clinical work from home on clinician-chosen days and hours • Attend virtual clinical team meetings • Attend at least one clinical conference per week during the first 90 days, then one monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states • 1+ years of experience as a PMHNP required • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Strong computer and technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills • Master's degree required • PMHNP license/certification required
