📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based primary care to patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in concert with primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • At least 2 years in the past 5 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in IL, NY, NJ, or MA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Illinois license holders must have received independent practice authority in Illinois, APRN-FPA • New Jersey license holders must have APN with Full Practice Authority status and more than 5,000 hours in primary care • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work listed shifts ranging from 8am–7pm EST, 11am–10pm, 12pm–11pm EST, and 1pm–12am EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Authorization to work in the U.S.; One Medical participates in E-Verify
