📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations with clients • Collaboratively develop treatment plans involving medication, therapy, or a combination of both • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy of recommended interventions • Provide ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy alongside medication management • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Nevada • Build a personal schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week • Work collaboratively with advanced practice nurses and the broader expert team

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Maryland Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer • Must have a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments • Must be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Weekend availability • Monday to Friday weekly schedule • 1099 contractor arrangement
