📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and deliver ongoing medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Use the psychological evaluation completed by a Prosper psychologist as input to the initial assessment and treatment plan • Prescribe, titrate, and monitor psychiatric medications, including stimulants, in line with Prosper's clinical protocols • Maintain the required visit cadence and PDMP checks for controlled-substance prescribing in compliance with Arizona and DEA requirements • Write clear, thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up visits • Work directly with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Engineering to refine the care model, protocols, and tooling • Help define documentation standards, caseload structure, and the clinical quality bar as the team grows • Provide exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the ANCC • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited psychiatric mental health nursing program • Active, unrestricted Arizona APRN license and active DEA registration • Registered (or willing to register immediately) with the Arizona Prescription Monitoring Program • 3+ years of post-graduate psychiatric experience, including mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medications and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations • Experience delivering telepsychiatry, including prescribing and monitoring controlled substances in a virtual setting • A neurodiversity-affirming approach to care and genuine interest in supporting autistic adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
