📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Use Prosper psychologist evaluations in initial assessments and treatment plans • Prescribe, titrate, and monitor psychiatric medications, including stimulants, according to clinical protocols • Maintain required visit cadence and PDMP checks for controlled-substance prescribing in compliance with Arizona and DEA requirements • Document assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up visits clearly and thoroughly • Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Engineering to refine the care model, protocols, and tooling • Help define documentation standards, caseload structure, and clinical quality standards as the program grows

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the ANCC • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited psychiatric mental health nursing program • Active, unrestricted Arizona APRN license and active DEA registration • Registered, or willing to register immediately, with the Arizona Prescription Monitoring Program • 3+ years of post-graduate psychiatric experience, including mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medications and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations • Experience delivering telepsychiatry, including prescribing and monitoring controlled substances in a virtual setting • Neurodiversity-affirming approach to care and genuine interest in supporting autistic adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack
