📋 Description

• Lead Workday solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization across selected HCM functional areas • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions • Provide subject matter expertise in at least two Workday modules along with mandatory Reporting expertise • Design and optimize business processes, workflows, approvals, notifications, validations, security controls, and exception handling • Review solution designs, configurations, and impact assessments for consistency, scalability, compliance, and maintainability • Lead Workday enhancements, releases, integrations, production support activities, and major system changes • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, prompts, filters, and data validations • Configure or create different forms in Workday Docs • Configure Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and other Workday reports • Troubleshoot functional, reporting, security, and data issues and recommend improvements aligned with Workday best practices • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira to manage epics, features, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, priorities, dependencies, and sprint delivery • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Workday Consultants, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture or senior consulting responsibilities • Bachelor’s degree completed from a reputed University/Institute • Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and at least two relevant modules: Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, or Talent and Performance • Mandatory experience in Workday Reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, security, and production support • Experience delivering Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, integrations, and operational support • Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable Workday designs and actionable delivery plans • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Worksheets, or Discovery Boards
