📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and customize BMC’s agentic AI in customer environments, including on-premises, hyperscaler, and OpenShift environments • Own features and integrations end-to-end despite incomplete or evolving requirements • Build integrations with customer systems and cloud platforms • Support proofs-of-concept and pilots end-to-end • Resolve technical and business blockers and keep stakeholders informed • Work directly with customers across regions and time zones, with travel as required • Advise customers on agentic-AI adoption using human-in-the-loop and governed approaches • Feed field learnings back into product and engineering • Contribute engineering standards for CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps • Define repeatable deployment, integration, and value-realization patterns • Lead complex and strategic accounts technically • Escalate systemic product gaps with prioritization • Coach and develop the acceleration engineering practice • Align Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer teams on shared field standards

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8–13 years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Python and software-engineering fundamentals • LLM/RAG/agents/prompt engineering literacy • Enterprise systems/API integration • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Containers/orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift • CI/CD practices • Excellent verbal and written communication • Customer-facing experience and comfort • Rapid prototyping and ownership • Willingness to travel as needed • Multi-engagement or multi-team adoption of practices led • Ability to set delivery standards for customer engineering • Ability to balance customization pressure with productized, supportable solutions
