• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends. • Collaborate with media analysts to monitor campaign performance, optimize media spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI). • Stay abreast of emerging media channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for client growth. • Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, checkout processes, and post-purchase experiences. • Utilize analytics tools to track funnel performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional offers, pricing strategies, and messaging. • Conduct regular strategic planning sessions with clients, providing actionable insights and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
• 6–10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on paid digital advertising and e-commerce. • Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy. • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset. • Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of driving measurable business growth. • Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities. • Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders.
