📋 Description

• Schedule and monitor patient treatment schedules for manufacturing clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products • Maintain day-to-day operations of patients’ treatment journeys related to materials, transportation, manufacturing, and distribution • Serve as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and internal partners • Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners • Monitor patients’ treatment journeys from collection to infusion and troubleshoot issues • Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system • Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices • Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 17:00 ET to 06:00 ET

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications • Ability to identify process improvements • Ability to work independently and in groups • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to manage high stress situations and de-escalate • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Baseline understanding of a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
