📋 Description

• Help clinical and non-clinical providers address healthcare and business challenges • Capitalize on short- and long-term opportunities for growth and enterprise improvement • Assess hospital, clinic, and other care-setting operations across multiple dimensions • Support workforce operations and technological systems • Deliver tools, education, training, expertise, and focused commitment to achieve sustainable change and outcomes • Implement Comprehensive Assessment findings • Perform and support key performance drivers of the overall operational strategy • Support Improvement Projections • Participate in Action Plan Management progress tracking and support Performance Analytics • Provide technology implementation support • Help nurture Mercy’s workforce and strengthen long-term financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within Mercy footprint: Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role involving systems applications and/or analytics • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Mercy footprint: Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Teams, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently and demonstrate prudent decision-making, autonomy, and flexibility • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred • Data analysis, performance improvement, operational, and financial hospital experience preferred • Advanced graduate degree such as MBA or PhD preferred
