📋 Description

• Lead the research, evaluation, selection, and implementation of emerging security technologies • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert in access control, video security systems, and analytics • Drive continuous improvement, system optimization, and performance enhancement initiatives • Architect, configure, and maintain integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems • Design and manage ETL workflows to transform security system data into business intelligence insights • Program, configure, and support systems through maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, backups, firmware updates, and log monitoring • Design and deploy automation solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise-wide security applications in a cloud-based environment • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials • Partner with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders • Manage multiple concurrent technical initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience programming and administering enterprise-wide physical security systems, including large-scale, multi-site deployments • 3+ years of experience integrating security systems across multiple platforms and technologies, including API-based integrations and data exchange workflows • Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification • Proven experience supporting or leading enterprise-wide security applications, including access control, video management systems (VMS), visitor management, and related platforms • Experience with cloud-based camera analytics and emerging AI-driven security technologies • Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and diplomatically across technical and non-technical teams • Technical degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and/or relevant industry certifications • Studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience is a plus
