📋 Description

• Partner with clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement scalable, maintainable business solutions • Facilitate and lead workshops to define functional requirements and solution designs • Provide industry best-practice guidance and assess solution feasibility, functionality, risks, and benefits • Document requirements for system configurations and technology development • Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates • Manage scope changes with the Project Manager • Transition requirements to delivery teams • Lead solution deployment activities and confirm business acceptance • Support system configuration, testing, end-user training, and data mapping • Document final solutions and lead knowledge transfer to client support teams • Understand customer industries, processes, use cases, business goals, and technology profiles • Establish relationships with client and project stakeholders • Communicate delivery updates, risks, issues, and opportunities • Liaise among clients, delivery teams, and vendors to drive performance, manage risks, and remove barriers • Hold internal configuration demos and verify requirements and user experience • Track new ServiceNow product and technical capabilities • Work with a Technical Architect on design, coding, integration requirements, and delivery • Manage issues and client engagement when the Project Manager is unavailable • Follow Bolt Data methodology and participate in design document reviews • Support practice maturation and internal initiatives • Support sales activities by reviewing Statements of Work and level-of-effort estimates • Assist with the candidate interview process

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification • Supporting certifications including FSM, CSM, SOM, among others • Solution implementation experience with Customer Relationship Management solutions • Demonstrated ServiceNow configuration skills • Familiarity with Apex, HTML, CSS, and Javascript • 7 years of experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile, and project management methodologies, such as PMBOK • Ability to manage multiple projects to aggressive timelines • 5 years of hands-on design and deployment experience in ServiceNow, including assistance with coding and integration requirements and delivery • 3 years of Field Service experience, including customer service management and call center support • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with clients and project teams as needed • Passport with up to 25% travel • Familiarity with Boomi, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft is a bonus
