📋 Description

• Own and execute the multi-year Job Ingestion strategy • Link scraping, ATS feeds, parsing, deduplication, and schema mapping improvements to search relevance, candidate engagement, and business growth • Translate pipeline latency, schema health, and ATS stability into executive-ready narratives and investment proposals • Build alignment across Data Engineering, Search & Match, SEO, Portal, Mobile, and Job Alerts teams • Lead cross-functional squads of data engineers, product managers, and QA • Establish metrics for pipeline uptime, parsing accuracy, deduplication precision, and data freshness • Establish schema validation, content freshness, spam/scam detection, and compliance standards • Coach and mentor product managers and establish operational rituals • Lead the evolution of web scraping, API feed integrations, ATS connections, real-time event processing, and job parsing/normalization architectures across BOLD web properties

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience or equivalent technical leadership experience • Experience leading complex, large-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, scraping/crawling engines, or event-driven data architectures • Strong technical depth in data engineering foundations • Hands-on familiarity with structured/unstructured data extraction, schema design, distributed processing, AWS, GCP, Kafka, and Snowflake • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive leadership and board presentations • Experience operating in highly matrixed environments and aligning data teams with consumer/GTM product teams • Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical product managers • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative Analysis, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Architect is good to have • Experience with large-scale web crawling infrastructure, multi-tenant API aggregators, or enterprise catalog processing systems is good to have • Understanding of AI/ML models, vector databases, or search engines such as Elasticsearch is good to have
